Hockinson turned to Grace Russell to do it all.
She scored 24 points, grabbed 11 boards had eight assists and eight steals in the Hawks’ win over R.A. Long.
And her two blocks put her career total at 61 — the most in program history.
She was tied with Amanda McCarty’s 59 blocks, who set the record in 2010, going into Tuesday’s game.
Hockinson hopped up 22-6 after a quarter. R.A. Long pulled within eight by halftime, but the Hawks held them to 10 points in the second half. Russell had 13 of her 24 points int he third quarter.
Eastyn Reeves led R.A. Long with 14 points.
