Boys basketball: La Center 86, Seton Catholic 68

Hunter Eckund scored 25 points and La Center turned a 14-point deficit into an 18-point win over Seton Catholic.

The win pushed the Wildcats to 5-0 in league.

Seton led by seven after a quarter, and went ahead by as much as 14 in the second. But the Wildcats went on a run to take a two-point lead at half and didn’t look back.

Matt Bryant added 21 points for La Center and Eckund chipped in seven assists and five boards.

Seton was led by Isaiah Parker’s 30 points. He did most of his work around the basket and at the free throw line, where he went 10 of 13.
