The fourth annual Race for Warmth to support Operation Warm Heart, a Clark Public Utilities customer-funded program to help families in financial crisis pay heating bills, will be held at the end of the month.

The timed 10K run and 5K walk/run will be held following the kids’ race, which begins at 8:30 a.m. Jan. 28. It will start at Clark Public Utilities’ downtown location, 1200 Fort Vancouver Way, Vancouver.

Registration will be $30 and includes a long-sleeve shirt and a race bag. Pre-registration is recommended and available online through Jan. 27 at www.raceforwarmth.com. You can register the day of the event, but a shirt is not guaranteed.
