Oberg’s free throws lift Union girls to 49-37 win

Mason Oberg went 9 for 10 at the free-throw line as part of her team-best 13 points to give the Union girls basketball team beat Skyview 49-37 in their 4A Greater St. Helens opener on the road.

Oberg was a perfect 8 of 8 at the line in the fourth quarter after the Titans held a 33-22 lead entering the final eight minutes. Courtney Cranston added 12 points, including eight in the second half, as the Titans move to 10-3 overall.

Kazee Parks led all scorers with 17, including four 3-pointers.
