Olivia Hood had 16 points and 11 rebounds as the Thunder (2-9, 1-0) held off a persistent Fort Vancouver squad.

Jenna Carlson added 11 points for Mountain View, which led 25-17 at halftime but couldn’t shake the Trappers.

“Fort kept attacking,” Mountain View coach Dave McIntosh said. “We’d get a decent lead, then they would chip away at the free throw line.”
