Boys basketball: Kelso 56, Hudson’s Bay 46

Riley Noah scored 17 points to lead Kelso (7-3, 1-0) to a road win to open 3A Greater St. Helens League play.

Eli Hoover scored 15 points to lead Hudson’s Bay (7-3, 0-1). The Eagles trailed 48-31 after three quarters before finishing strong.

“We lost by 10 to a really good team,” Bay coach Theo Mikaele said. “We’re going to learn from it and go forward.”
