Maple Grove students learn fine dining during special lunch

Battle Ground — Lunch was a formal affair in Janae Mitchem’s third-grade class at Maple Grove School recently. The students dressed up for the meal and ate with members of the school board and district administrators. At the lunch, they learned about proper manners and dining etiquette. The students enjoyed a special lunch in their classroom from Nutrition Services employees and parent volunteers.
