Local robotics teams compete in regional semifinal

Clark County — Students from throughout Clark County competed in the South Sound For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology Lego League Robotics semifinal competition last month in Olympia. The local teams who competed were Classified from Daybreak Middle School in Battle Ground, Timberwolves from Tukes Valley Middle School in Battle Ground, HyrdoHerbs from Pacific Middle School in Vancouver, HyrdoNerds from Pacific, ElectroBots from the Clark County 4-H Robotics team in Battle Ground and Hydrowolves from Spanish with Sarah, a Spanish immersion school in Camas. None of the local teams qualified for the state competition.
