Crashes in Vancouver on southbound Interstate 5 are slowing the Friday morning commute.
Brake lights begin to hold steady just south of the East 39th Street interchange, according to traffic maps and photos.
Reports from the Oregon Department of Transportation show there were as many as three crashes between 6 and 7 a.m. Officials labeled one of the crashes as minor and the severity of the remaining two were unspecified.
All three crashes happened south of East Mill Plain Boulevard.
