The Spudders captured the championship of the Vince Dulich Tournament at Astoria, grinding out a victory in a slow-place final game.
Matt Gama scored 13 points, and Josh Mansur had 12.
Ridgefield coach Jason Buffum said the Spudders dominated the rebounding all weekend.
“We know we can defend well. Now going into league play we need to also know we can score,” he said. “It was the first time to play three games in three days. It was good bonding.”
