A developer has submitted a plan to the City of Vancouver to subdivide 8.77 acres at 2712 N.E. Four Seasons Lane into 100 single-family lots and a 48-unit, multifamily building.
Ginn Development of Vancouver submitted the proposal for the project called Four Seasons Place. The potential building site is now a vacant field located next to Prestige Senior Living Bridgewood.
