Girls basketball: Fort Vancouver 37, Evergreen Seattle 22

The Trappers got into the win column for the first time in two seasons, winning the game at the Fort Vancouver Holiday Tournament.

“It was a team effort across the board in every way,” Fort coach Arlisa Hinton said.

Mary Brown scored 10 points to lead a balanced scoring effort for the Trappers, who play Parkrose at 6:15 p.m. Saturday.
