Kaden Horn scored a game-high 32 points, including 13 for 14 at the free-throw line, as the Thunder improved to 2-0 in the 2A Greater St. Helens League with a rivalry win.
The Thunder made 23 of 26 free throws, compared to 15 of 26 for Evergreen, providing the winning edge.
Sam Frosh added 18 points — all in the second half — and Austin Lee had 11 for the Thunder.
Evergreen had five players score in double figures, led by Zyell Griffin’s 16 and Carter Monda’s 15.
