Washougal — The Camas-Washougal Rotary Club continued its tradition of giving a personal dictionary to each third-grader throughout both communities. The Rotarians presented the books to students at Cape Horn-Skye Elementary School on Nov. 14. Each dictionary has a book plate on the inside cover featuring the Rotary logo, the organization’s Four-Way Test and a place for the student to write their name. This year, the dictionaries were formatted to fit in binders that follow students through their education in hopes they will remain a resource for them.
