Jenna Carlson hit seven 3-pointers as a part of her game-high 31 points to lead the Thunder to a win in its league-opener.

Mountain View hopped up to a 20-9 lead after a quarter and didn’t look back.

Carlisle accounted for seven of the team’s nine 3s.

“It’s a much different game if she wasn’t (hitting),” Fort coach Arlisa Hinton said. “I mean seven 3s is a lot.”

Mary Brown led the Trappers with 14 points.
