Clark County sheriff’s deputies are asking for help in identifying multiple theft suspects wanted in two separate incidents.

The most recent theft happened Wednesday, when two suspects stole items from Walmart at 9000 N.E. Highway 99, according to a Facebook post by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

One of the suspects ran out of an emergency exit and hopped into a Ford cargo van driven by a second individual. The van’s license plates were covered by white pieces of paper that read “Strick Auto Sales,” deputies said, adding they believe the actual plates are from Oregon.

The sheriff’s office did not report what the suspects stole from the store.

The sheriff’s office also asked for help in solving an attempted theft in late November at Kohl’s in Hazel Dell.

On Nov. 27, three men entered the store at 9312 N.E. Hazel Dell Ave. When they left the store, one of the men was wearing a jacket he didn’t pay for. He was confronted by loss prevention, dropped the coat and ran away.

The group arrived at the store in a small, red sedan, deputies said.

Anyone with information about either of the thefts should contact Deputy Jack Phane at Jack.Phane@Clark.wa.gov.
