• 4 p.m., workshops: proposals for multifamily tax exemptions, an extension for the ambulance contract and an update on the Oregon legislature.

• 7 p.m., regular meeting: consent agenda includes golf cart zone, an amendment to the Historic Trust lease and adoption of the Clark County Homeless Action Plan. Public hearings on a right-of-way vacation, municipal code Title 11 and 14 updates, a 2018 second supplemental budget and an emergency moratorium on applications for self-storage facilities.
