Cassidy Garner scored 18 points, Mallory Williams added 16 and Prairie improved to 5-0.
Gardner and Williams each scored eight points in the first quarter as Prairie scored on its first seven possessions.
Camas (4-3) kept pace early, trailing 23-17 after the first quarter.
But then Prairie’s defense clamped down. The visiting Falcons outscored Camas 15-6 in the second quarter to lead 38-23 at halftime.
Prairie made 10 3-pointers with Williams hitting four and Gardner making three.
