A dental office building along with a building for general retail use are anticipated for a site at 15650 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., under plans submitted to the city of Vancouver.
The retail building would be about 6,100 square feet and the dental office would be 2,675 square feet on a site of about six-tenths of an acre, according to the plans submitted by PBS Engineering and Environmental for owner Heritage Plaza LLC. The parcel is now vacant.
