Stefan Vossenkuhl hit four first-half 3-pointers as one of four Spudders to finish in double figures in their nonleague win over Centralia.

Ridgefield opens 2A GSHL play Monday at Columbia River.

While playing what he described as methodical at times, coach Jason Buffum credited his team’s defense against the Tigers.

“We’ve consistently played a little bit better every game,” he said.

Matt Gama led the Spudders with 14 points, and in addition to Vossenkuhl’s 13 points, Nick Jenkins and Josh Mansur each had 11.
