Girls basketball: Columbia River 35, King’s Way 23

The Chieftains hit three third-quarter 3-pointers to help pull away to remain undefeated with a win at home.

Erin Baker had a game-high 14 points, including four of the Chieftain’s eight 3s in the game.

“We played well defensively,” River coach Will Jones said, “and were saved by the 3s.”

Jordan Ryan had five points, 12 rebounds and four assists.

Annabelle Atwood led the Knights with six points.
