Clark County sheriff’s deputies arrested two suspected thieves early Thursday morning at a self-storage business in Hazel Dell.

Deputies were dispatched about 3 a.m. to a burglary in progress at Keepsake Self Storage, 1005 N.E. 95th St., according to a sheriff’s office news release.

They spotted the suspects when they arrived, and one was quickly arrested without incident, according to the sheriff’s office. A second suspect fled south from the business.

“Deputy Boyle and K-9 Jango tracked and located the second suspect,” deputies said.

The suspect was apprehended and then taken to a hospital, where he was treated for a dog bite.

Both suspects, who were not identified, were booked into the Clark County Jail.
