Ridgefield School District is looking for volunteers to sit on its inaugural Equity & Engagement Committee. The committee will be made up of parents and guardians, staff members, students, community members, administrators and law enforcement. The committee will meet at least three times during the 2018-2019 school year.
The district also set up a survey to seek input regarding equity and engagement in the district, with feedback intended to help guide the committee.
Application information for those interested in serving as a member of the Equity & Engagement Committee is available upon completion of the district survey. Survey answers and committee applications are due by 4 p.m. Dec. 14.
