Officials are asking community members to keep an eye out for two teenagers with cognitive limitations who went missing Monday afternoon in Battle Ground.

The Battle Ground Police Department said Sheila Raisanen and Dylan Sauls, both 16, were last seen leaving Battle Ground High School around 1:30 p.m. Monday.

The two are thought to be together, and authorities are concerned for their safety, as they may not always be aware of dangerous situations.

Sheila is white, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 115 pounds and has blond hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, white and tan backpack, and blue jeans.

Dylan is white, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 134 pounds and has curly short brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, black jeans and black work boot-style boots.

Anyone who spots them or has information on their whereabouts is asked to call 911.
