• 7 p.m., public hearing: 2019 final budget; public utility tax on water, sewer, garbage, recycling; Port of Woodland Guild Road Industrial Park Phase II Binding Site Plan.

•  2 p.m., public hearing: Clark County 2019 annual budget (input from elected officials and public).

• 4 p.m., Planning Commission applicant interview.
