Kaylee Schow scored 45 points, including two free throws late in the fourth quarter to force overtime for Tenino.
Schow was fouled with 2.1 seconds left and converted both free throws to tie the game 55-55. Tenino erased an eight-point deficit after Seton Catholic surged ahead with a big third quarter.
Jasmine Morgan led the Cougars with 25 points.
