Vancouver resident Jade Samples, 17, is in need of a life-saving kidney transplant, and there will be a fundraiser from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Wendy’s, 11505 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver, to help with transplant-related expenses.
At age 16, Jade was diagnosed with lupus nephritis, and is experiencing kidney failure.
