Prestige Senior Living will offer free fall reduction evaluations through Sept. 30 at 11700 N.E. Angelo Drive, Vancouver. The evaluations are by appointment. Call 360-301-7294.

Falls are a leading cause for seniors 65 and older. The evaluations are led by trained and certified Prestige Wellness coaches, according to a Prestige press release. The coaches will guide you through movements and exercise that assess strength flexibility and balance. Recommendations will be made based on those results.

Prestige is also offering free exercise classes to help older adults work on techniques that will decrease the likelihood of falling. The first five classes are no cost, and additional classes in the month of September will be discounted.
