Hough — The Hough Neighborhood Association hosted its annual neighborhood picnic on Aug. 21 at John Ball Park. The event featured a performance by the Golden Tornadoes rock band from Hough Elementary School, as well as some raffle prizes. Guests enjoyed hamburgers, hot dogs and salad, as well as some local treats, such as grapes grown in the neighborhood and homemade ice cream. About 125 neighbors attended the picnic, which the neighborhood has been putting on for at least 15 years.
