A parcel of land near the northwest corner of West Fourth Plain Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue is the site of a proposed self-storage business.

The property owner has submitted an application to turn the vacant 3.21-acre lot into a six-building, 115,131-square-foot storage facility.

According to the application, two of the buildings will be two-story structures and the other four will be single-level. The document was submitted on behalf of CP GDP Vancouver LLC, of Greenscape Development Partners, by PLS Engineering. Greenscape, a real estate development, design and construction business based in Utah, purchased the land in July 2018.
