The Mavericks won their first game Wednesday as Mansur and Hayden Minich combined on a five-hit shutout to beat Wilder Baseball of Port Angeles 10-0.

Mansur struck out eight over six innings, and also went 2 for 4 with a double and two runs.

Francis was 2 for with a double, two runs and two RBI. Grant Heiser was 3 for 4 with two runs.
