Clark County rabbit breeders place in state competition

Clark County — A group of Clark County kids traveled to Moses Lake this summer to participate in the Washington State Rabbit Breeders Association Youth Royalty Contest, and many placed in various categories. Montanna Coss earned a first runner-up for Princess, a second place in Junior Breed ID and third place for showmanship. Aquoia Coss was the second runner-up for Duchess and fifth place in Intermediate Breed ID. Cheyenne Coss finished fourth runner-up for Princess, fifth place in Junior Breed ID and fourth place in Showmanship. Kate Bias was named first runner-up for Queen, scored a first-place finish for Senior Achievement, second place for Senior Breed ID, fourth place for Senior Judging and second place in Best Overall with a $400 scholarship to nationals. Makenna Conner was named fourth runner-up for Duchess. Ella Konency finished as second runner-up for Queen, in second place for Limited Management, in third place for Senior Breed ID, third place in Best Overall with a $400 scholarship to nationals and was named a T-shirt design contest winner. Talon Coss, a 2018 association Lord, finished second place in Handling and second place in Pre-Junior Breed ID.
