The Health Systems Quality Assurance Division of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In March, the Nursing Assistant Program filed an amended statement of charges against registered nursing assistant Galina Karcha to remove an allegation that she improperly used restraint on a vulnerable adult in her care.

The Oregon State Board of Nursing suspended the nursing assistant certificate of Bobbie Lyn L. Hammick for 30 days failing to maintain professional boundaries. She lives in Vancouver.
