The Fort Vancouver District of Boy Scouts of America has announced names of members who passed their boards of review in February and advanced to the rank of Eagle Scout.

Ryan Patrick Rouse, of Boy Scout Troop 358, led a group of Scouts and adult volunteers in building storage equipment for The Giving Closet, 2804 A N.E. 65th Ave., more than 128 hours. Rouse, 20, is the son of Danette and Tim Rouse. He is a graduate of Kingsway High School and attends Clark College.

Andrew James Stimson, of Boy Scout Troop 344 and a senior at Prairie High School, led a group of Scouts and adult volunteers in refurbishing a sign at Battle Ground State Park more than 48 hours. Stimson,18, is the son of Dawn and John Stimson.

Sean Garrison Wilcox, of Boy Scout Troop 479 and a junior at Skyview High School, led a group of Scouts and adult volunteers in creating a brick pathway at the Vancouver Tennis Center, 5300 E. 18th St., more than 178 hours. Wilcox, 16, is the son of Jackie and Lee Wilcox.

Gabriel Isaiah Stocker, of Boy Scout Troop 479 and a senior in home school, led a group of Scouts and adult volunteers in removing two stone barbecue pits from Leverich Park, Northeast Leverich Park Way, more than 66 hours. Stocker, 17, is the son of Paula and Derek Waller-Stocker.

Trey Alan Bowman, of Boy Scout Troop 361 and a senior at Battle Ground High School, led a group of Scouts and adult volunteers in organizing the Special Olympics Unified Soccer tournament, more than 311 hours. Bowman, 18, is the son of Loren and Shane Bowman.

Kellen Gerald Bringhurst, of Boy Scout Troop 637 and a junior at Ridgefield High School, led a group of Scouts and adult volunteers in building benches for the Ridgefield City dog park, more than 74 hours. Bringhurst, 17, is the son of Zenia and Trace Bringhurst.
