2A GSHL football: Woodland 27, R.A. Long 20

Wyatt Harsh threw for 272 yards and four touchdowns as Woodland overcame an early deficit to beat R.A. Long in the 2A Greater St. Helens League game at Longview Memorial Stadium.

Harsh was 16 for 37 passing and also rushed 21 times for 146 yards.

Alex Bishop caught two of Harsh’s four TDs, scoring on plays of 15 and 42 yards.

Tyler Flanagan scored on an 18-yard pass play. He caught five balls for 114 yards.

Tristan Harris’ TD reception with 9:23 to play in the game put the Beavers ahead 27-13.

R.A. Long scored its final touchdown with 3:14 to play. The Lumberjacks tried an onside kick, but the ball was ruled to have been touched before it went 10 yards and Woodland ran out the clock.
