Health Worker Report

By The Columbian
Published: September 23, 2017, 5:27am

The Health Systems Quality Assurance Division of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In August, the Chiropractic Commission withdrew a statement of charges against chiropractor Perrin H. Guyton III.

In August, the secretary of health indefinitely suspended the registered nursing assistant credential of Maria Titeiu. After finding that Titeiu neglected a vulnerable adult in her care, the state Department of Social and Health Services will not allow her to be employed in caring for or having unsupervised access to vulnerable adults.
