A public vigil at the site of a car crash that killed a Ridgefield man is planned for Sunday afternoon in Salmon Creek.
William Ray Ellis, 38, died after his car went off the road and hit a concrete barrier Wednesday afternoon.
Family and friends have planned a vigil to honor Ellis’ memory, set for 2 p.m. Sunday at the crash site, in the 15400 block of Northeast 20th Avenue.
