The Cougars are back and showed it on Friday with the win at Toledo, Ore.
After combining with King’s Way Christian last season, Seton Catholic is back on its own and didn’t let a bigger Toledo team slow it down.
“Our speed was too much for them,” coach Will Ephraim said. “Our rushing game was superb, our passing game was perfect, and our O-line and D-line played tough.”
Stats from the game were not available, but Ephraim said running backs Taj Muhammad and Jonathan Stell provided the “1-2 punch.”
