The Vancouver Police Department is asking the public to keep an eye out for a Vancouver 18-year-old who went missing Monday.

The police said Essence Bryant, 18, was last seen around 8 o’clock that night, as she was leaving work at the McDonald’s near Northeast Gher Road and Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard.

She was expected to walk home to east Vancouver, police said, but she hasn’t been seen or heard from since.

Bryant is African-American, about 5 feet 5 inches tall and about 160 pounds, with short, curly hair. The police said she was last seen wearing a black jacket with the word “Thrashers” on the back in white lettering and a McDonald’s uniform.

The police asked anyone who has seen her since, or has helpful information on her whereabouts, to call 911.
