Mountain View dominated Prairie on both sides of the ball in a 49-10 rout Friday evening at District Stadium.

Thunder quarterback Glen Perry Jr. threw two touchdowns and added two more on the ground.

The stout Mountain View defense held the Prairie rushing attack to just 31 yards on 30 carries and forcing two interceptions.

Although the Mountain View offense had its hiccups with four turnovers, Perry was dynamic under center. The senior ran for 162 yards and threw for 157 while his first two passes went for touchdowns.

Nile Jones ran for 87 yards on 11 carries, scored twice and was active on the defensive side intercepting a pass with several tackles. Tyrell Hall scored twice as well, one a 70-yard reception.

Prairie safety Izaiah Ward picked off Perry twice, the only blemishes on an otherwise stellar performance.
