The citation from a rear-end crash over the Interstate 5 Bridge on Sept. 27 has been amended to show the causing driver was, in fact, insured.

Vancouver’s Beverly A. McCullough, 72, was heading south over the bridge late that afternoon when she rear-ended a vehicle that had stopped for traffic, according to the Washington State Patrol, sending the other driver to the hospital.

McCullough was cited for following too closely and, initially, for driving without adequate proof of insurance at the time, according to the state patrol. She was, however, insured.
