Devi Dugan had 16 points, Kylie Greenwald hit a game-tying 3 with eight seconds left and Ridgefield beat Mountain View 54-49 in overtime on Thursday.

The Thunder were paced by Dejah Wilson’s 21 points — all coming from 3s.

Wilson hit a 3-pointer to give Mountain View a three-point lead with 16 second left.

“We played good defense down the stretch when we needed to,” Ridgefield coach Tom Klutz said. “Good, hard-fought game between two teams that wanted to win and at times wanted to give it away.”

Karli Oliver scored the go-ahead bucket in overtime, where the Spudders held Mountain View scoreless to hold on.

Mountain View had 16 steals, but turned the ball over 21 times. The Thunder were 1 of 7 from the free throw line in the fourth quarter.

“It came down to who made the fewest mistakes,” Thunder coach Dave McIntosh said. “Ridgefield protected the ball better at the end.”
