Vancouver – Community members are invited to visit and discuss public safety and policing concerns with Vancouver police officers this afternoon at the downtown Starbucks.
The Vancouver Police Department said the Coffee with a Cop event is scheduled for 1 to 3 p.m. at 304 W. Eighth Street, just north of Esther Short Park.
