Vancouver woman injured in Interstate 5 crash

A Vancouver woman was injured Friday in two-vehicle crash on northbound Interstate 5 in Vancouver, according to the Washington State Patrol.

A WSP report said the crash occurred at 6:43 p.m. near Fourth Plain Boulevard when Michael P. Cannon, 36, of Brush Prairie, slowed his 2002 Ford Escape SUV for traffic and was struck from behind  by a 2008 Chrysler 300 driven by Lisa D. Ruckerjones, 66, of Vancouver.

Ruckerjones was transported to Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital, the WSP reported. Her condition was not immediately available.
