The Salvation Army is gearing up for the holiday season, which means the nonprofit needs bell-ringers to staff its iconic red collection kettles. Volunteers can sign up to ring bells at locations throughout Clark County.
For more than 100 years, the Salvation Army has received donations through red kettles set up in front of businesses during the holidays.
All of the money donated at kettles in Clark County supports local Salvation Army programs, such as hunger relief, disaster relief and housing support services.
Individuals and groups interested in volunteering to ring bells for the Salvation Army can email nwbellringing@usw.salvationarmy.org.
