Corstone Contractors, 16509 S.E. First St., $400,673, construct AutoZone retail store.

TEAM Construction, 4180 N.W. Fruit Valley Road, $780,840, construct office and warehouse building; 102 W. Fourth Plain Blvd., $350,000, interior remodel.

Howard S. Wright, 400 N.E. Mother Joseph Place, $3,400,000, demolish third floor of hospital’s west wing, construct 14 single-patient rooms and support services.

Entek Corporation, 8024 E. Mill Plain Blvd., $140,000, rooftop units for Planet Fitness.

SeaMar Community Health Center, 7803 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., $5,613,567, construct six-story, 70-unit apartment building with office and parking.

RSC Building Solutions, 2300 N.E. Andresen Road, $582,422, construct shell for adult day care center.

Perlo Construction, 3443 N.W. 32nd Ave., $238,000, construct warehouse and office within existing shell.

Robertson & Olson Construction, 655 W. Columbia Way, $7,788,529, construct office building; 111 Parkway Place, $4,858,757, construct 63-unit apartment building.

Serbaco, 6601 N.W. Old Lower River Road, $200,000, industrial facility improvements.
