The Vancouver City Council appoints the nine-member aviation committee to advise them on issues related to Pearson Field and aviation in general.
The committee meets at noon on the second Tuesday of each month at the Pearson Air Museum, Headquarters Building, 1109 E. Fifth St. in Vancouver. Applicants should be able to commit two to six hours a month. There is no city residency requirement for the position. The available positions are one full-term spot and one midterm vacancy.
