Vancouver police have located a 10-year-old boy who left his Vancouver Heights home Friday afternoon.

Timothy Ross left his home near South Garrison and Morrison roads at about 4:30 p.m. to play and didn’t return home, according to the Vancouver Police Department.

The local area, parks and schools were searched, police said, but the boy wasn’t found. Police believe he was on foot, because his bicycle is still at home.

He was located Friday evening.
