CAMAS — Camas School District’s third annual Student Film Festival will feature works about superheroes, but visitors probably shouldn’t expect to see a bunch of heroes running around in capes.
The theme is “What Being a Superhero Means,” and students were asked to come up with their own interpretations in their vignettes. The festival starts at 5 p.m. today at Liberty Theater, 315 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas. The event is free, and Mayor Scott Higgins will emcee. The festival will feature works by fourth- through 11th-graders throughout the district.
