Heritage students show off culinary skills in competition

Orchards — Heritage High School students placed third in the Washington Hospitality Association’s Regional Pro Start Invitational, held last month at Clover Park Technical College in Lakewood. The competition pits schools against each other to test culinary and management skills. Heritage placed third in the culinary competition. The team is made up of students Haley Erickson, Tyler Steven, Kyle Scott, Mahaley DeCoster and Kaylie Needham-Nelson, along with teacher Angela Robinson.
